"We spent 7 days at the Kiki house and absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfect for me and my husband and our two teenage daughters. Plenty of space, and I really appreciated having a washer/dryer, so that we didn’t have to pack as much clothing. We spent time on back deck/patio every day… gorgeous view of the water! "The view from this location is stunning and the beach is beautiful. A few things I wish we would have know before we went: 1. When we got to the house their was no fresh water. Be sure you pick up a 5 gallon jug of water before you come to the home. 2. Due to high rains the roads were flooded so it took as quite a while to get to and from the grocery store. The location is remote so you don't want to have a flat tire. Be careful of the potholes. 3. A.J.'s convenience is closer than Gilberts...

We love staying here!!

"This was our second time at Gate house. It was a shorter trip and we were reluctant to leave. I appreciated the pool and was in it every afternoon. We also love the beach to the South of the house and all the friendly people around to help. It was great seeing Harrison again and of course we really enjoyed seeing Captain Reynold and our fishing trips with him. Cat Island is truly beautiful and we can’t wait to come back!"

Wonderful

"Just finished a 9 night stay at this property. We had a wonderful time relaxing and unwinding. We snorkeled the reefs walked the beach and collected sea glass. Cooked a lot of our meals at the house and had everything we needed to do so. Mr. King was very attentive and knowledgeable and an extremely great cook. We had him cook us conch fritters twice (yes they are that good) and ordered dinner from him one night, it was delicious and was enough food for 2 meals. If you are looking for relaxation in a beachfront home this is your place we didn't see another person on our beach for 8 of the 9 days."

"We loved the seclusion and privacy of this property. The house is well maintained and updated. Beautiful beach with good snorkeling. Appreciated the water cooler and high-end appliances. Enjoyed dinners at Hidden Treasures and Greenwood Resort. Everyone on the island was kind and helpful. We rented a car through Alvernia and it was a positive experience. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have the air conditioning. Raj was always responsive and helpful with all our questions and concerns. We enjoyed the use of the kayak and found a nearby cave that was fun to explore. Saw lots of turtles, rays, and beautiful fish while snorkeling. We hope to return!"

Spectacular Ocean Front Home with a Beautiful Secluded Sandy Beach.

Absolute paradise

"We spent 7 days at the Kiki house and absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfect for me and my husband and our two teenage daughters. Plenty of space, and I really appreciated having a washer/dryer, so that we didn’t have to pack as much clothing. We spent time on back deck/patio every day… gorgeous view of the water! The location was fantastic. We love to snorkel and the fact that we had a pristine beach with incredible reefs only steps from our back door was amazing!! Things we saw in the water off our beach: nurse sharks, spotted eagle rays, a sea turtle, and hundreds upon hundreds of different types of fish. It was an incredible experience. ❤️"
