"We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were wonderful. However, the property is up a fairly steep hill. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it."

"Excellent location for the beach (stony beach below the apartment) , old town, full sea front, shops (5 mins to carrefour with fresh bread and fruit/veg) and train station. 10 minute walk through the gardens to train station and a 10-15 minute walk up to the port/beach. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby too. Good communication from the owner and Giovanna who checked us in. We were two 40 year olds and my in laws (80yrs and 86yrs). "This apartment is in a perfect location to explore the Côte d'Azur region. You are a short train ride away from many destinations and you can easily drive to the rest. We played 6 different golf courses and enjoyed walks along the ocean in Antibes"

"The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The room was spacious and a great place to stay. The beaches were only a 10 minute drive as well as the market and old port. Great experience! "

"The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half...

"My daughter and I stayed 3 nights.... The hotel is a great place to stay! The room was very quiet and provided lots of space to spread out and enjoy anytime spent in the room! A mini kitchen was perfect for a few quick meals (with a small grocery just 1 block away!). Would be nice if the hotel had a towel in the kitchen for drying the dishes though. The hotel was just 3 blocks for the seaside which was a quick walk. Staff were great. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again."
