"Very disappointing experience. The bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible for me to sleep at all throughout the night. To make matters worse, the sofa was also broken. A comfortable bed and properly maintained furniture are the bare minimum anyone should expect from a hotel. Unfortunately, this place failed to meet even those basic standards. I paid for a relaxing stay but ended up having a sleepless and uncomfortable night. Definitely not worth the money, and I would...

"Highly recommend!"

"The room was very nice and clean and had a great view of the falls. However, another chair or two would have made the room a bit more comfortable for our family. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well."

"Great staff. Free breakfast. Walking distance to all the sites and bus stops"

"Close to everything."

"Great location. Even though they are renovating the rooms it still feels dated."

"Comfortable bed and clean room. Plenty of hot water for showers. Close to falls and plenty of parking. Breakfast was simple. Would stay here again."

"Lobby was warm and cozy reminded me of a log cabin. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Rooms were very clean and staff very friendly. They served Star Buck products, the cappuccino was excellent. The hot tub wasn’t so clean I only used it once other than that everything was amazing."

"There is no smart tv the hotel is very very old Some if the ice and vending machine is not working . Just be sure when you booked its not FALLS VIEW it a REVIER VIEW which is totally different"

"What an absolutely beautiful home to stay in! We booked the deluxe double room and were so surprised by the size! It had so much space which made for a lovely stay for my husband and I's 10 year anniversary. There was so much character in the home as well which made for such a unique place to spend the weekend. It was also great to be within walking distance of Rizzo's House of Parm and the Ridgeway shops. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for such a great stay!"

"What a Fantastic View All Around!😍 From the lobby to the falls view room, I really enjoyed the Niagara Falls all day and night. It was my 3rd visit to the Niagara Falls, and this hotel was the best location that I have ever experienced."
