"Room had rust in the corners, bathroom door wouldn’t lock. Booked the biggest room for four people and it only had two cups in it, when we asked front desk for extra cups they told us it be 12 dollars. Check in sucked, the people at the front desk are rude."

"We booked a 2 night stay for our Anniversary. We did not have breakfast on the property, brought our own food since there was only a fridge in the room and had to go downstairs to get our coffee. Room was VERY outdated, old and didn't feel clean. The bathroom had no counter space at all and shower handle was backwards, I froze because hot/cold was reversed!! tv did not swivel so we had to move desk chair to watch but only room for one chair! It was noisy due to renovations on site which we did not know about. No room service unless you asked for it so we just asked for more towels. The only good thing was the observatory lookout on the 14th floor which was indoors and our fridge was nice and cold. Jacuzzi was ok but too small for 2 adults. Vouchers received but couldn't use the one we wanted (BBQ grill-all you can eat) because they were not open on Wed. when we arrived and Thursday they were closed for renos! we checked out Friday."

"Overall, the stay was okay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The pool was quite crowded, mostly with kids, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy. The sauna was not operating during times that seemed different from what was advertised, which was a bit disappointing. There was also plenty of parking available, and given that the location is somewhat far from main attractions and activities, it would have been nice if parking were complimentary. That said, everything else was generally fine. With better management of amenities and clearer communication, the experience could be much better."

"Great bang for your buck, the pet friendly option meant I didn't have to find a dog sitter. Staff were super friendly and helpful - Hemi was an absolute GEM! We will be back!"
