"I booked 2 rooms well in advance of our stay and requested adjoining rooms but was not accommodated. The mini refrigerators in both rooms didn't work and one of the main reasons we picked this hotel was the swimming pool. When we checked in we were told the pool was out of order. We wanted to sit outside in the eveing and were told the firepit would be turned on but it was broken. Many of the amenities that were advertised on the Hotels.com were not available. Very disappointing."

"I LOVE THIS HOTEL BIG AND SPACIOUS MY KIDS LOVED IT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES LOVELY POOL AND JACUZZI EMACULATE ROOMS WILL RECOMMEND FOR PRICE AND 6 PEOPLE SLEPT COMFORTABLY IN 1 ROOM 3 QUEEN BEDS BEST I EVER SEEN REASONABLY PRICED ALSO THE BREAKFAST IS A BUFFET!!!"

"Great place to stay that is not too far from Cedar Point. The staff member on duty went above and beyond, and even let me use her laundry detergent to do a quick load of clothes! I would stay here again."
