Enjoy the beautiful panoramic views in this newly constructed home. Located in the heart of Crystal Beach. Relax and enjoy the spacious decks and upper balcony. The front deck faces the Gulf for watching scenic sunrises and breath-taking moon rises. The side deck has beautiful sunset views with wrap around deck. Direct satellite TV and High Speed Internet are also provided. DVD is provided for your movie watching pleasure. Granite and Tile throughout, carpet in the bedrooms. Kitchen is furnished with Stainless Steel Appliances and is fully stocked. Downstairs slab has a shaded sandbox, fish cleaning station, built in picnic tables and double showers. We are a FAMILY FRIENDLY HOME with locking gates on all deck stairways so the kids are safe.

Great house and setup for sure. The only things I would do is drive in the MANY deck nails that are sticking out and hurt very much, supply a trash can that isn't the size you'd put beside a toilet, and replace the trash mattresses that cover all the beds except for the King. The two queen mattresses are by far the worst I've ever dealt with. Took a week back home to finally stand up straight again. Great Grandma called and wants her 1964 spare bedroom mattresses back please. We'd love to stay here again IF they corrected the mattress issues, people spending that much money deserve a decent bed.

It is a pet friendly property but was a little surprised to go in and find dog hair on the everything , the couch, floors comforters/pillows. Not sure if that’s a common thing or if it was just missed on the cleaning before we came .

They helped us find to great cabins right next to each other, which is exactly what we needed. The location was fantastic also. Couldn't be happier with they suggested and made happen. The cabin was in great shape and the downstairs area was set up the best I've ever seen. Honestly everything was perfect. I'll definitely be using Cobbs from here on out. Our cabin was very clean and a great floor plan. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes,glasses and pots and pans. The master bed room and bath excellent for private and comfort. The other side had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath in the middle. The living area was very spacious. Our family enjoyed the beach and the BBQ area under the deck. Please inform the owners that we left a folding chair . Other than a rain storm or two the experience was great.

There were dirty paper towels from the previous renter under the recliner in the common room. The windows and blinds were very dusty. The washing machine is broken for the spin cycle. The guest bathroom shower head leaked all over the wall until I tightened it. The remote for the TV and Fireplace did not work. But the biggest surprise was stepping on a marijuana bud in the carpet. Putting the kids to bed, I thought I stepped on a grass sticker. Nope, it was a marijuana bud. I took a photo and shared with Cobb.

Minor problems: front door sticks badly, water know for water temp does not work and the TV seems to have a problem every time we have been there. Other than these minor problems we enjoyed our stay, wonderful view and location.
