Great views and location
The house was clean and comfortable. It was close to town and had a great view of the water. The owner was helpful, checking in to see if we needed anything. Comfortable beds and even a mama deer and her two fawning came for a daily visit. No complaints!

Lots of space
Very nice place. Enjoyed the view of the ocean. Port Angela's is a great place to visit. Loved the adjustable king bed. The only downside is that the house is a huge a paper mill. It didn't smell fortunately but was very noisy. Definitely not in walking distance to the water or spit.

Ok but a little weird
Comfortable beds, pretty clean. It seemed similar to photos but in the pictures you don’t see all the “stuff”. Decor is very busy, odd pieces everywhere. The kitchen and bathrooms have way too much stored in drawers, cabinets etc. Was a little off putting. We left a day early because we were very uncomfortable. To be fair we never did contact the owner with our thoughts because there was nothing to change. I’m so sorry because I want to give a good review for owners. We use vrbo whenever we travel and I would want to know these things. The owner did check in with us after the first night but I didn’t see her message until a few days after we left. This property gets very good reviews so it just may have been a bad match.

Nestled into a quiet neighborhood, this home had great access to the area’s national park and other attractions. A short drive to nearby restaurants. The home is spotless. Thoughtful, well stocked kitchen and bath. I especially appreciated the sensitive skin soaps. The kitchen was also stocked with coffee beans, which was appreciated by this caffeine addicted group.

Convenient location with a pretty view
We had more than enough space in this home. It is actually the upstairs portion of the house. The lower level is a separate unit. It was very close to drive to shops and restaurants. You can see British Columbia across the bay from the large windows.

My husband and I travelled with our four teenage/college age children to Olympic for one night and two days. The home had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds, lots of space and spectacular water views. Our host was very communicative and made check-in and check-out very easy. Great location for getting to the national park and other sights. Highly recommend!

Nice size, good quality furnishings. Most checklist items in order. One concern was that the door to the downstairs unit was not locked. Creepy! I had to jury rig it to feel safe.

Unique property with amazing view!
Property was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. It looked exactly like the pictures online. The small deck had an absolutely amazing view of the sunset over the water, and there were sunset water views from all of the rooms - bedrooms, family room, and sunroom. Deer and birds in backyard, and multiple deer walking through neighborhood. Main bedroom had comfortable california king bed with dual adjustable head/feet, which we took advantage of. Kitchen had lots of seats and well-stocked coffee supplies and all soaps/paper products. Utilized washer/dryer in sunroom (brought detergent pods). Comfortable family room furniture. Bathrooms were adequate and stocked with shampoos/soaps/towels. Suggestion for host is to ask guests if they would prefer the sofabed in the beautiful sunroom as a bed or sofa. It was made into a bed when we arrived, which we didn't need as we only had 4 guests.

Great place/Aucward check-in
We loved the house, location and cleanliness. It is hard to keep up with last day's changes with location of the unit, when traveling. that actually could have been dangerous, entering someone elses place, to fine it wasn't ours. A phone call direct to me about the change would have been better communication.
