"Hidden gem about 2km from the the ski slopes of Piancavallo but it's worth the drive. The decor and vibe is amazing with a beautiful spa, gourmet restaurant and friendly staff. I've stayed twice and they remembered me from the year before. In my opinion it's the only place to stay in Piancavallo or Aviano area."

No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. Ademas que el estado de las instalaciones es deplorable, los cuartos estan llenos de pulgas y garrapatas en las camas. El estado de limpieza del lugar es un desastre. "They proudly put 4stars on the top of their hotel building but it is definitely not even 1star. Smells very nasty. All the floors smell like a heavy cigaret and weed smoke. Nasty and outdated. "

"This hotel is beautiful and centrally located for many activities. 45 minutes to Venice airport, 15-20 to Aviano and the mountain roads. It was quiet and had a huge, free breakfast. They have a nice covered patio where we were able to eat breakfast daily and also hang out on a rainy afternoon. The room was clean and well appointed, though it didn’t have shampoo and conditioner separate from body wash. Bed was hard, which wasn’t an issue for us but might be for some. We would definitely stay here again and thank the wonderful staff for a lovely stay. "

"Enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was opening bedroom blinds to see complex garbage cans right outside the bedroom window. Couldn’t really open window for the same reason. Water heater upgrade recommended. Hot water runs out pretty fast with one person's shower. You have to wait awhile for water to warm for the next person to shower. Host was very nice and super sweet. Unit was very clean and smelled good. "
