"The rooms and the property were very clean. The staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with multiple food options. "

"This is most certainly an aged hotel. It has potential because of its location, but it is well past it's prime. Furniture is very worn and the hallways are dated. Cleanliness was just ok and I found someone else's hair in my shower. I would choose a more updated hotel next time."

"The morning manager was exceptional. I required a 3am check-in and she assisted me promptly over the phone, facilitating an early check-in. Her demeanor was courteous and appreciative towards customers. However, the hotel's policy of not providing small washcloths for washing purposes was a drawback. Although she explained the rationale behind this policy, the alternative offered was extra hand towels, which would suffice."

"The entire stay was horrible. The place smelled, the rooms were not well maintained and the staff is lazy. I asked for my room to be vacuumed and they dropped it off and here you go. I complained about a bunch of kids running in the hallway and disturbing my sleep knowing I had an early day, the gentleman said they are kids and just getting settled in. I wish I could get my money back. I would never stay there again and I will advise all of my friends traveling to that area not to stay there either."

"The room was way more like an apartment. We were able to spread out and actually eat meats together at the bar. The kitchen makes it easy for you to cook food and save money on going out to eat. It felt like a cozy home away from home rather than just another hotel room. "

"First off, after a 7 and half hour drive, we got to the house and believe me it was NOT that PRESENTABLE. The 2nd problem was that the owner of the house was NOT at home to greet us and we waited for 20 minutes and still NO body was Available to serve us as guests. I would think that Expedia would be more interested in their business affairs."
