The Space:
A well presented two bedroom first floor apartment with rear garden and parking. With sea glimpses from the living room and only a short walk from Whitecliff Park with paths leading through to Poole Park. The blue flag sandy beaches of Sandbanks are just a 5-minute drive. Super restaurants in Ashley Cross, Lilliput, Poole and Canford Cliffs. The house is a great base for exploring the local area.

Private entrance with stairs leading up to a spacious hallway. The living room benefits from comfy sofa's with a 50 inch Smart TV with freeview and a large window with views across Whitecliff Park and Poole Harbour. The kitchen/dining room is fully fitted with 5-burner gas hob, fan assisted electric double oven, free standing fridge/freezer, 2 x under counter freezers, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The master bedroom offers a 5ft King size bed with en-suite shower room (shower, sink and toilet). The second bedrooms is a twin 2 x single beds. Family bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet). Outside there is an rear garden which is mainly decking with garden furniture, the perfect spot to enjoy an evening drink after a day exploring.

Parking - 1 parking space (in front of garage)

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

Activities on the Doorstep: Rockley Watersports in Poole Park, just 5 minutes walk, you can rent Pedalos, Kayaks, Paddle boards, Dinghi’s by the hour or learn to windsurf. Tennis also available in the Park. At Baiter Park just along the coastal path you can join a jet ski tour to Old Harry Rock which is great fun or visit the skate park. All on the doorstep! Amazing walks with the dogs or cycling along the coastal path leading to Poole Harbour. Visitors just won't want to leave! Ashley Cross train station is just 2 hours from Waterloo.

The Neighborhood:
Whitecliff is a quiet residential area betwixt Poole and Sandbanks with the benefit of wide-open spaces at Harbourside Park. As its name suggests, the park offers harbour-hugging pedestrian paths and cycleways with wonderful views across to Brownsea Island and a direct route to Poole’s historic Quay with its superb selection of bars and restaurants. The park also hosts football pitches and the Recreation Ground Play Area, popular with younger visitors, and regular street food vendors frequently offer a diverse range of tasty takeaways in the car park. For a leisurely breakfast or lunch with stunning waterside views, why not try the South Deep restaurant in Parkstone Bay Marina, with its al-fresco terrace, open 7 days a week.
