"Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access....

"Very nice villa in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Villa was very beautyful, well equipped and clean. We really enjoyed the terrace area and the pool. Host was very friendly and everything went really smooth. We can warmly recommend!"

"We barely left the property, it was so beautiful to sit on the terraces and look out at the sea. Checkin was easy, Gaetano showed us the property and got us settled. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Gaetano is very responsive to questions and needs."

"We had a group of 11 stay at Villa Mariani. The host Kim was fantastic as was Sylvia and the whole crew. The place is a fantastic sitting up in the hills overlooking the town of San Felice Circeo. The driveway getting up to the place gave us a little pause but once you are up there it’s unreal. I’d definitely get a car and Kim and team were great and had one delivered to us. "A beautiful home with amazing al fresco dining and rooftop kitchen. This view cannot be matched. Close enough to amenities of the local shops, but quiet and private. We had a wonderful week with Gaetano and Giuseppina. They were so kind and hospitable. We stayed comfortably across 3.5 air conditioned bedrooms and could not get enough of the space and peace and the view. We will be back. Grazie mille."

"Our stay at Cala di Inferno was perfection. It was spacious for our group of 6, air conditioning was strong and kept up with the heat of the summer, and the view was spectacular. Our hosts Gaetano and Giuseppina were kind and helpful. Their communication was excellent throughout our stay, organising boat excursions, restaurant recommendations and bookings, transport and even a birthday cake for our daughter delivered to the alfresco kitchen before she woke up. Beyond expectations for a host, and in itself worth a 5 star review.La Forna, which is a short taxi from the port is like a quiet village with everything you need (cafe/bar, restaurants, pizzerias, grocery markets etc). We were very happy with our decision to be in La Forna as it felt like being a local and a lot less touristic. We only hope we can return one day, and certainly recommend anyone coming to ponza to stay here. "
