"We had a lovely week at this property. Luca was very welcoming when we arrived. The place was very much as described, the shared pool was nice and the views spectacular. We found a nearby waterfall and good walking routes. Would definitely come again. "

"Historic villa property beautifully restored in an amazing location with amazing view. Lunch and dinners on the covered veranda. Would have been better if bath for second bedroom were not down the hall. The owner was wonderful. At our request arranged for a private chef to come to the villa which was lots of fun, and delicious. She also arranged for restaurant reservation for the evening we arrived. Owner communication was excellent! We loved our stay!!!"

The Villa Comacina was a perfect fit for our first visit to Lake Como. "If you have the stomach and vehicle for a small, windy and steep climb to the top of Menaggio, this is a wonderful choice. Each bedroom had a well-kept bath (good water pressure). The view is incredible and we enjoyed the amenities. Only comment, is they do not stock it with alot of extras so be sure to bring coffee, laundry detergent etc."

"This is a WOW property upon arrival in a great area. Andrea, the property manager was incredibly responsive before our arrive and during. You arrive to open a large garage (had mid size SUV that easily fit) and inside is the private elevator to take you to 3 floor. Floor 0 - very clean garage.
