"Communications was a nightmare. We had to work through what was probably a managing agent whose communications was intermittent. Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves were small, under-maintained and the 3 room apartment included a converted study area with no door posing as one of the bedrooms. "

"Communication with property owner was easy and quick. It would be good if proper instructions like where and which directions to go to was given. Property was located in Tower B which was a bit difficult to navigate to as the main entrance was for Tower A and there was a need to ask the security guard for directions. Room was very spacious. Would be great if there was a microwave oven too to heat up our food since we were fasting. Also, if there was extra tissue paper / toilet paper, would...

"The security is Safe. But the interior was totally down, Water Tap, Shower Holder faulty. Master Bedroom curtain almost fall out. No TV remote control, Wifi broke down and waiting for 3 nights, nobody repair it, poor children unable to log in their Ipad. Flying pan alot of scratches Not Safe to cook. Only can text the owner no voice communication. Sad. "

"This was a great place to stay. It was nice and big for the family with toys to play for the younger kids. Across from Lego land. My only 2 things were, no coffee cups for coffee. I’m a coffee addict. And the water never got hot enough, even with the water heater on. But otherwise perfect place. "

"The hotel was very quiet and clean. Lovely pool Not that much around in terms of shops and things to see. We stayed due to Legoland but had an extra day and not much to see. The restaurants close by were good and nice atmosphere on the water. Pity some old developments opposite that really make the place look a little gloomy otherwise would be great view. Rooms were comfortable and clean and very spacious, huge living area. "
