"The hotel was fairly new, so the facilities and room were clean. I loved the design and ambiance of the hotel. I went during Ramadan. The sahur service was not to my preference. Nevertheless, I don't mind returning for another stay."

"This hotel has become one of my favourites to stay in for a short trip to JB. Mall does not have a great variety of stores but Book Xcess is worth spending some time in. I also really like the water dispenser initiative, perhaps the hotel can also consider only giving out disposable toiletries on request to further protect the environment. Breakfast was quite good too. "

"Stay was simple as it was only a single-night stay. It was an apartment-like hotel but we got fairly disappointed that lots of amenities were not found within the unit. Website published the provision of plenty of amenities. However, we had to request for very basic amenities such as toilet hand soap/hand wash! We were even informed that toothbrushes are not provided. It would be fine if toothbrush kit are not provided if is an serviced apartment style accom but the accom publicise itself as a hotel. To have unavailability of basic amenities sounds below expectation. In the end, we were provided with bar soaps for hand washing and toothbrushes were in fact available as well. I suppose the staff needs to be better equipped with their product knowledge in answering to guests’ inquiry as misinformation and miscomm were our biggest disappointing aspect of the experience. Nonetheless, the whole unit was very clean and comfortable to be in for a short stay. It was in fact too large when we booked for stay for 4 (2A2C). The living room kitchenette dining area was really spacious, to our surprise. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and would not mind to be back again. This time round, we will know what we need to pack when we were to stay with them again."

"The hotel was very quiet and clean. Lovely pool Not that much around in terms of shops and things to see. We stayed due to Legoland but had an extra day and not much to see. The restaurants close by were good and nice atmosphere on the water. Pity some old developments opposite that really make the place look a little gloomy otherwise would be great view. Rooms were comfortable and clean and very spacious, huge living area. "
