"This is a great location in the central lake area. Close enough to to more touristy areas, but more like a local neighborhood. Near to the Lenno boat which has regular service in central lake area. We had 9 adults, 3 couples and 3 singles, and more than enough room for everyone (singles had their own room) Four floors, with parking and sauna room at street level (basement) with an elevator. "6 of us stayed at Silvia's renovated 4 Bedroom home on the edge of Tremezzina at the end of April ahead of a tour of Emilia-Romagna. Silvia was absolutely great to work with and helped us secure dinner reservations at several nearby (walkable) restaurants as well as set up a lake tour by boat. Amazing communication by management - always prompt and responsive. We needed a new set of knives and pasta fork and management brought it the next day. "Upon arrival, we were greeted to dirty dishes, smelly refrigerator, someone’s laundry in the washer/dryer as well as a lack of cleaning of the property and a number of broken items. Contacted the management company who asked for us to send pictures which we did and they subsequently sent cleaners over who did the bare minimum as they only vacuumed the main floor, not the other floors. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. "
