"We loved Romeo’s apartment, it is in a great location! Only 6 minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and walking distance to the major sites. The check in was very well organized. We appreciate the folder with information regarding Wi-Fi and other instructions for the apartment. Only thing you need to be aware of is that it’s on the second floor and there are stairs. It was fine for us, we would stay there again."

"We liked the quiet area and the tram stopped right in front. It is 15 min walk to train and 25 min to centre. We like to sit outside so a little patio would be nice but I think it is hard to get. The price was good"

"We loved our stay here! Paolo was so welcoming and easily able to accommodate our request of an infant cot / pack and play. The apartment had a beautiful, bright kitchen and was well located to be within walking distance to all of the Florence sights. There were stairs to get up to the apartment and in the apartment themselves which may be an issue for those with mobility issues, but they weren't an issue at all for us with a baby and a stroller. Would recommend!"

"I have rented apartments in Florence each year for the past 10 years. This is the most comfortable, spacious and convenient apartment. Well equipped and great location. The owner greeted us and provided all the info we needed on our arrival. Quiet apartment with elevator, good view and equipped with electric blinds to cut out light for sleeping. Within all major attractions. Would definitely stay here again next year."

In the very last momento a woman from the management company took my call and gave me the codes to enter. If you are two people consider that there is only one key and is tangled with the electricity key. So you probably must do all the things together or coordinate if you have to split. "Nice property, and really excellent support from the local contact. She gave great personal service when my wife’s flights were extremely delayed and she arrived very late. She also helped arrange local transport to the airport and facilitated paperwork smoothly. The apartment does need some minor maintenance, as the sink faucets and toilet seat were loose. And one of the door locks is tough to work . Other than those little quirks, excellent place. Highly recommended."
