"Most importantly, the staff were lovely, professional and helpful. They provided a superior breakfast. The property was newly renovated to a very high specification, the pool area was beautiful along with the other out buildings. Even the bedding was wonderful quality. 10 minutes from Arezzo, a perfect location for fun in town and relaxation by a pool. Great for a couple, family or big house party. "

"Our host was very attentive and lovely. She invited us to a very nice evening wine party on-site aside of a small lake. It was quite charming. It was also nice to see the vineyards and olive trees. One downside was no A/C as advertised, but we had fans. Still very quaint."

"The Villa and grounds are beautiful, the owners make you feel like family, and the location is perfect for exploring Tuscany. The Villa is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you will need. It is located in a very quaint village that has a pharmacy, ATM, and restaurant all within an easy 10 minute walk. "

"It is very close to autostrada,which is good if you have car. The Breakfast was excellant,with a wonderful hostess. This lady is a big bonus to this hotel.The air-conditioning is building controlled,which would not suit everyone.The cleaner for our area had poor attention to detail. The lead cleaner was very good and corrected our issues."
