"The staff is excellent. Although I found two major problems; the room air conditioning was straight to my face when I was sleeping, and gave me a terrible sore throat. Also,, I found one roach over the bed, and another one outside my room’s door. I have reported both problems to the staff."

A cama era um pouco ruim, nos deu dores nas costas os dias em que estivemos lá. O café da manhã é uma delícia e bem variado. Os atendentes foram super simpáticos e a limpeza deixou a desejar algumas vezes... mas fora isso, foi bom."

"This is my 2nd time at Maceio Mar Hotel. I booked 3 terrazza rooms and all had great views of the beach. For some reason, mine was the smaller of the 3, but it was still a great room. Parking can be a problem at the hotel, but if you are okay walking or taking an uber for short trips, it's not. The breakfast was always wonderful with so many choices.
