Assim que cheguei no quarto, não estava funcionando a energia e nem ar condicionado, tive que entrar em contato com a recepção e deixar claro o problema, lâmpadas queimada, o o cartão de entrada do quarto não estava funcionando, devido o mal vontade . O café da manhã muito pobre. , sem qualidade.

Boa localização. Atendimento noturno poderia ter sido melhor, de manhã a recepção foi ótima. Lençol fino para se dobrir, e lençol da cama sem elástico. No frigobar não tinha água e precisa descer para comprar na recepção, mesmo sendo 1 hora da manhã e fornecem copos de plástico. Via chat tentei contato com a propriedade, porém sem resposta. Café da manhã bom, porém não recolhe as louças utilizadas.

Hotel bastante simples e não parece bem conservado. O banheiro tinha respingos de creme dental na parede e o chuveiro não esquentava. Ar-condicionado bastante ruidoso. Além disso, após a saída, tentei diversas vezes falar com a equipe pelo WhatsApp para perguntar se tinham encontrado um carregador e jamais me responderam.

O café da manhã é muito bom e o refeitório foi todo reformado e está muito bom. A acomodação precisa de toalhas de banho novas e melhores roupas de cama. Havia apenas uma tomada no quarto pra carregar o celular. Fiquei num quarto no térreo com as janelas lacradas e o ar-condicionado tem que ficar ligado o tempo todo. Para conseguir um cobertor ou um copo, é necessário pedir na recepção.

Passei 5 dias hospedado no hotel, no mês de fevereiro, e utilizei dois quartos diferentes: um triplo e um duplo. Na prática, ambos têm praticamente o mesmo tamanho — a única diferença é que o triplo conta com uma cama de solteiro adicional. A estrutura dos quartos é um pouco mais antiga, porém o hotel é bem cuidado e limpo. A limpeza dos quartos é satisfatória, as camas são king size e os colchões são confortáveis, o que garantiu boas noites de sono. O café da manhã é simples e acaba sendo quase sempre o mesmo durante os dias. Eu daria nota 7 para o café. Em compensação, a equipe tanto da recepção quanto do café da manhã é muito atenciosa e sempre solícita. O hotel tem um bom custo-benefício e está muito bem localizado. É possível fazer muitas coisas a pé, há mercado bem próximo, alguns restaurantes e a região é bastante segura. Como ponto negativo, foi cobrada uma taxa de R$ 150,00 para que uma profissional pudesse entrar no hotel para maquiar minha esposa. Já passamos pela mesma situação em outros hotéis e normalmente não houve cobrança, ou quando houve, foram valores simbólicos entre R$ 20,00 e R$ 50,00. Achei o valor cobrado acima do esperado.
