NINE DOTS Azorean Art Boutique Hotel

"We had the best stay at the Nine Dots. The included breakfast was great, the pool was great, the bed was super comfortable, location was amazing but what made this place stand out most was the staff. We were blown away by how we were treated by the staff, from the breakfast servers, front desk attendants, staff in the bar- all staff we encountered were top notch. I’d not only stay here again but I’ll be telling everyone about the Nine Dots!"

"The rooms were clean and front desk staff were helpful. My biggest complaint is breakfast. It didn't matter what time you got down there, there was never a clean table, replenishing food was very slow and only small amounts were brought out at a time. I think my biggest issue was that I would find hair (that was the same color) from the young girls working on some of the tops of where things like plates of cheese were. Although the young girls had their hair tied back they would be swinging their hair around. They should have hair nets on. Although, it seemed like there was quite a bit of staff around...there was a lot of chit chatting with guests and amongst each other."

"Hi. Enjoyed our stay, it was a great location. Breakfast was what you would expect. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be no where to put your luggage in the room which was small. On our return one day our suitcase had been moved and disheveled, I had thought maybe it had been knocked over and didn’t worry about it, but on my arrival in Porto I realized I was missing a pair of black slacks, new black slacks. I’m not saying someone took them but I will say I had them when I arrived and not when I left."

"+ Très bon déjeuner inclus. Chambre spacieuse très confortable et calme, avec climatisation. Entretien à chaque jour. - chambre au niveau des toits, donc pas de vue intéressante. - piscine au centre de l’immeuble, très peu ensoleillée et pas chauffée. - stationnement payant et très difficile dans la rue . Rues étroites et à sens unique. Louer une petite auto compacte. Parking gratuit à quelques minutes mais souvent plein. - il n’y a pas d’hôtel intéressant en bord de mer (port) à Ponta Delgada! Le Do Colegio , au cœur du centre ville, est un bon compromis."
