"Wonderful room with a spectacular view. The staff were friendly & excellent. The location is convenient for major attractions around Como and nearby Switzerland. Narrow roads leading to & from the property make it unwalkable and this restricts activities on site. Guests will need to take taxis or rent a car since there is no bar or restaurant on site. "

"This place fit our needs and our budget for our travel through Milan. We intentionally looked for a place within a 10-15min drive from the central station. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. "Very comfortable stay. The staff was helpful. The room was very spacious and despite being on the first floor, it was very quiet. Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night.
