This 5 bedroom villa has an inviting private pool set in spacious gardens, perfect for large families or groups looking to spend quality time together. Located in the countryside yet just 10 minutes' drive from both Pollensa Old Town and Puerto Pollensa, you'll find everything you need within easy each. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Set in the beautiful countryside with a stunning backdrop of the World Heritage Tramuntana mountains, Villa Rico is ideally placed to explore the surrounding area. You'll find both the charming, historical old town of Pollensa and the chic resort of Puerto Pollensa, with its lovely sandy beaches, just 10 minutes' drive away. The vibrant town of Alcudia, with its lively market days and nightlife, can also be reached in a 15 minute drive.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
