Villa Luis Vives is gated from the street with a private parking area for your hire cars. The main entrance is at the front of the villa, opening directly into the ground floor living area.

On the ground floor is an open plan lounge and a dining area, with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a table and chairs. The adjacent, full equipped kitchen has patio doors onto the front dining terrace overlooking the pool. There is also access to a handy pantry and utility room.

On the first floor is a second smaller lounge, which also has seating, a small table and chairs, a flat screen TV and access to a large terrace overlooking the pool and surrounding countryside.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The ground floor double bedroom and twin bedroom share a separate shower room. Upstairs, the second double bedroom has an en suit shower room and access to the terrace share with the lounge. The 2 twin bedrooms share the second, separate bathroom.

Swimming or sunbathing in the garden, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the Tramontana mountains behind the villa. The brick BBQ is at the rear, complete with a large table and chairs. A second table can be found at the front of the house on the raised, covered terrace, if you prefer to dine in the shade. Steps from the front dining terrace lead down to the pool level.

Air conditioning Heating

In line with local energy saving initiatives the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
