Ca'n Coll is a lovely, restored, stone farmhouse sitting in the flat farmland between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa and enjoying panoramic views of the countryside and the mountains including the nearby Puig Maria. It's a short drive to the beaches and amenities of Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa town itself is even closer. The finca is lovingly tended by its proud owners and the newly renovated swimming pool sits in lawned gardens with pretty shrubs and citrus trees surrounding the sun bathing terrace. A cool, shaded porch offers a lovely spot for dining or relaxing away from the sun and leads into the traditionally furnished, spacious and comfortable interiors. There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor sharing a bathroom and a double bedded room on the first floor with adjacent shower. For convenience, and to avoid walking through the house with wet ffet from the pool, there is also a handy shower and wc accessed from the terrace.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 14h to 18h and from 20h to 08h.
