Fantastic renovated town house with pool located in the center of Pollensa. The interiors are very modern and high quality materials have been used.

The property has about 170 m2 and is distributed in 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of them en suite) and 1 toilet.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with capacity for 8 people and a modern open kitchen, a large glass window gives access to the patio with swimming pool (approx. 5 x 2 meters) and outdoor shower.

A beautiful iron staircase gives access to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one double) and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite.

On the top floor is the master suite with bathroom and private terrace.

The entire house has hot/cold air conditioning.

This is an excellent property to relax with family or friends and enjoy the excellent gastronomy and beaches of Pollensa
