Ideal for a family holiday, has 4 bedrooms ,3 double and one single, bathroom (on suite) and a shower room with toilette.
Building quality, classic furniture. Very comfortable, both in winter and in summer.

Air condition in the lunch & in both double bedrooms. enough to refresh or head the hole apartment.

Locked room on the bassements to storeage up to 4 bicycles.

Wide terrace-top solarium with barbecue and large table of work, closed in part with glazed aluminum, sink and fridge (independent access by staircase building).


Located in the heart of the village, in the church square, where you will find several restaurants and bars, just 150 meters from the Real Club nautical.

Ideal for families with adolescents, will not have to accompany them or collect them.
