This lovely ground floor apartment has a private pool and is less than 100m from the beach

Guests can step out of the apartment and enjoy a stroll along the famous Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa, or take a morning swim in the sparkling Mediterranean sea. There is also a new 8 metre long pool - a private pool is very unusual for apartments in Puerto Pollensa. There are plenty of sun loungers as well as a chill out area where you can enjoy a cool drink, a dining terrace, and a beautiful olive tree.

The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa, TV and a dining table for 6 people. The living room leads directly onto the terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a laundry room with a washing machine.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 guests in three good size bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with a super king size bed (it can also be set up as a twin bedroom) and en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The twin and double bedroom share a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower

This is a perfect holiday apartment in a very quiet area with plenty of parking, close to many excellent restaurants and bars. It is ideal for families, couples or groups of cyclists

great place and the perfect location. you were a 1 minute walk away from everything but it was also peaceful at the same time. there were a few issues with stray cats in the garden which meant a patrol every morning for what they left behind.

Great property near to beach and just off Pine Walk. Pool lovely but would benefit from the twice weekly clean advertised. Overall a great apartment in a fantastic location.

Great location but apartment suffering from damp

Nice location, great pool and terrace area. Apartment space was good. Damp and mould on ceilings and in cupboards. Only one visits from cleaners over three week period, which should have been every week.

Great place to stay, a little pricey but in line with costs in the area. Two roads back from the waterfront, in easy walking distance to the port, restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets. Air con in bedrooms but not in living space, outdoor eating space and pool is perfect. We went as two families with 2 babies under one, and were supplied with travel cots/play pens and high chairs for both. Two of our party are keen cyclists and were able to cycle lots of the popular routes leaving from the apartment (Sa Calobra, Cap de Fortmentor and Batalla). A great stay.

If you are looking for a wonderful ground floor apartment with the bonus of a pool, in a fantastic location - look no further! From friendly, instant message responses, to easy arrival, to a spacious space with all the towels and linen you need (and some added arrival snacks) we couldn’t have asked for more. The apartment is a stones throw from the amazing pine walk in a very peaceful street (sorry neighbours if the kids got a bit too excited and noisy in the pool!), you are right by all the cafes, restaurants and shops - just stroll along and enjoy! Thank you Ben - we will definitely return and I can’t recommend your apartment enough! Cheers!

Great apartment and location, pool could have been cleaned more regularly though.

The apartment is well presented, great outdoor area, good location etc. We had to chase the cleaning of the pool though on 2 occasions, the first time it was late in the afternoon when they finally arrived and they never arrived for the 2nd weekly clean.

Perfect Holiday

The property was beautiful. Even better than the photos. All the little extras were so thoughtful and made our stay lovely. The wine and beach towels were most appreciated. Our family had such a lovely time. The best things are the beautiful clean pool and the amazing location. Our plane was delayed and we arrived in the dark. So were thrilled to see the sparkling blue sea a few steps from the garden. Puerto Pollensa is beautiful.

Great Holiday

The apartment was in perfect location, close to the pine walk and walking distance of all amenities. Property exactly as described with the welcome addition of a dishwasher. A few small issues such as pool cleaning were very quickly resolved by Ben and his team. We will definitely return.

We very much enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the communication in advance and the flexibility over checkin. The apartment is well equipped and we were pleased to find a dishwasher which I don’t think was included in the description.

Siempre se puede mejorar

En general la estancia ha sido buena y nos vamos con buen sabor de boca. Sin embargo, por el precio de la estancia creo que deberían mejorar sin mucha inversión. Esto es una crítica constructiva para ayudar a mejorar la estancia de otros inquilinos. -Mobiliario exterior. La mesa de comer está vieja y bastante manchada. A las tumbonas les falta unas colchonetas - Piscina: al no tener acceso a la depuradora, no he podido pasar el limpiafondos , asi que siempre ha estado con tierra salvo un día. - Cocina: No hay lavavajillas. Lo cual no se entiende porque hay espacio de sobra - Menaje: faltaban vasos grandes que tuve que comprar. Tampoco hay manteles grandes y tuve que comprar uno. Sólo había manteles individuales - No había toallas de baño suficientes para 2 semanas a pesar de que las cambiaran al final de la primera semana

We had a brilliant stay in this apartment which was spacious and well equipped. The pool was great . So nice to have the beach and an abundance of restaurants only a few minutes walk away. The apartment block was so quiet that we never saw other guests. We would definitely book again if we visit Puerto Pollenca in the future. Ben and Charlie our hosts were so friendly, informative and responded quickly to any issues . Thank you for a lovely stay we did not want to leave.
