Can Gardo is a brand new property ideal for couples or small families. This little villa is situated at just at approximately 1.5 Km from Pollensa old town and just at 500 metres to the golf course. The villa offers nice views toward the mountains surrounding Pollensa.

Inside the property is cosy and nicely furnished, comprising one double bedroom with A/C, a small shower room and a lounge dining with a sofa bed (with capacity for 1 adult or 2 children) and an open plan kitchen.

The exterior offers a nicely furnished terrace balcony with lovely views towards over the surrounding countryside and mountains.

Finally, we have to highlight the fantastic brand new, long pool (11 mts.), with roman steps and nice views. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE,
