In the city of Cala Sant Vicenç, next to the beach, guests will find the wonderful apartment “Pinos Altos T1”.The child-friendly apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a freezer, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, and satellite TV, while a baby crib and a highchair are available on request. This apartment has a private, furnished balcony where guests can start a day with a nice cup of coffee. Pinos Altos is set in a particularly quiet and beautiful area, surrounded by tall pines from which it takes its name, perfect for couples who want to relax. This apartment is located in a resort center, with a reception lounge area from which all apartments and the shared pool can be accessed. The pool has a children's pool area, with a spacious open terrace and a ping pong table - an excellent choice for families with young children. This resort center has a shared washing machine and a safe storage area that can fit up to 20 bicycles, shared with 15 apartments. The apartment is just a short walk away (600 m) from the “ Playa de Cala Barques'' beach, further beaches like “L’ Arenalet” and "Patjia de Can Cap de Bou” can be reached after only 12 minutes by car. The closest restaurant is a 7-minute walk from the apartment. Further bars, cafés, and restaurants are located 600-900 m from this resort and can be reached after a short walk. This resort center is near a bus stop that can be used to reach further interesting places like the roman remains scattered around the city. The nearest airport, the Palma de Mallorca airport, can be reached in 57 minutes by car (67 km).

Gute Lage, schöner Pool, Apartment mäßig

Wir waren Mitte bis Ende Oktober 2021 hier. Positiv: Das Apartment ist nett und der Balkon gemütlich. Schöner Pool mit tollem Bergblick (leider nicht beheizt, was im Oktober sehr fröstellig ist). Kommunikation und Check-In waren gut und problemlos. Die Lage ist Topp, ruhige Gegend, Badebuchten fußläufig erreichbar. Kochutensilien und Geschirr (inkl. Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Wassekocher) vorhanden. (Salz, Öl und co. muss man selbst mitbringen). Größer Kühlschrank. Gute Parkmöglichkeit entlang der Straße. Negativ: Leider hatten wir nicht eines der Apartments mit Meerblick. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer dieses Apartments geht auf eine Wand im Hinterhof. (Leider sind keine spezifischen Bilder des Apartments bereitgestellt worden, sodass man das gebuchte Apartment nicht zuordnen könnte und erst Vorort gesehen hat, dass es auch schönere Apartments gibt.) Dieses spezifische Apartment ist recht dunkel, etwas feucht, müffelig und modrig. (Wir können aber nicht beurteilen, ob das mit dem generellen Klima zusammenhängt). Toilette stank etwas nach Kanalisation. Fazit: Das nächste Mal würden wir eines der anderen Apartments buchen. Die Nummer weiß man jedoch erst, wenn man Vorort war.
