Nestled within the historical streets of Pollença’s old town, the holiday home Horta 55 is the perfect accommodation for an unforgettable holiday. The fantastic, 2-storey house consists of a dining room (with A/C), a large living room with comfortable sofas, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a storage room (and access to the pool area), 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a flat screen TV. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. The house also boasts a beautiful private outdoor area where you can dine outside or relax with a good book on the sun loungers. The outdoor area consists of a garden, terraces (open and covered), a pool with roman steps, an outdoor shower and a covered barbecue area with a sink, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Due to its central location, restaurants, bars and cafes are just 1-2 minutes away walking and the nearest supermarket is a 2-minute walk away (200 m). It is also just a 3-minute walk (230 m) from the famous Calvary steps. Here you can wander the small back streets of Pollença and enjoy the essence of the town while discovering museums, churches, restaurants and shops. Port de Pollença is a 15-minute drive (8.3 km) from the property where you can sunbathe on the beach. A local bus also takes you to Port de Pollença and Cala San Vicente.



Street parking is available. A garage is available and is ideal for loading and unloading luggage. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Please be aware that lively fiestas take place in Pollença between the end of July and August, 2nd and the spectacular "Davallament" procession takes place in the centre of the town on Good Friday.



All bedrooms are on the upper level. Each of the 2 double rooms has an en suite. The twin bedrooms share a shower room. All rooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and heating. One of the double rooms has direct access to the pool area and a terrace with views over Pollença and the bay of Port de Pollença.
