Originally a traditional rural farmhouse, Cal Perdiu Vell has been carefully restored and extended while maintaining its authentic Mallorcan character. As you enter the property through the private driveway with ample parking, the villa immediately impresses with its classic Mediterranean charm. Terracotta roof tiles, whitewashed walls, stone terraces and a beautifully maintained garden create the perfect setting for a relaxing villa holiday in Mallorca.



The property is surrounded by the stunning countryside of northern Mallorca. Ancient olive trees, open lawns and mature gardens provide a tranquil environment where guests can truly unwind. At the centre of the outdoor space you will find the inviting private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off during warm Mediterranean days while enjoying the peaceful rural views.



Inside, the villa offers a comfortable and welcoming living space full of traditional character. The cosy lounge features large sofas and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Pollensa or the nearby beaches of Puerto Pollensa. Original features such as terracotta floor tiles, wooden ceiling beams, thick stone walls and a traditional fireplace combine with carefully chosen furnishings and antiques to create a warm and authentic atmosphere.



The elegant dining room provides a lovely setting for meals with family and friends, while the fully fitted kitchen retains its traditional charm but includes all the modern conveniences you need, including a dishwasher, washing machine and a spacious pantry.



Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One is a comfortable double bedroom overlooking the garden with access to a nearby bathroom, while the second is a twin bedroom with its own en suite. The entire upper floor is dedicated to the beautiful master suite, a bright and spacious bedroom with large windows that allow the soft Mediterranean light to flood the room. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the spectacular Tramuntana Mountains.
