About this property

Chez Pia, Apartment with a Swimming Pool

  • In 2026, the swimming pool will be put into service on 10/07.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet residence with swimming pool. Several parks and children's games nearby.

You will be 15 minutes from Futuroscope, the location is perfect for resting after a day in the park. In summer, the swimming pool will end your day in style. You can also go out for dinner in town, the center of Poitiers is 15 minutes away.

It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with 2 sinks and bathtub, separate toilet.
The shaded balcony facing the pool promises you very pleasant meals
The bedding and a very large part of the equipment (fridge, coffee maker, kettle, ...) are new or very recent.

The apartment is on the first floor, at the end of the corridor, very quiet. It does not overlook the street but the interior of the residence: the swimming pool and its trees.

Board games and books and comics for children and adults are at your disposal.

an underground parking space or street parking.

Horrible

No impression because there was nobody and later that afternoon we received a message that they cancelled our booking so we had to find something else at 5 o clock in the afternoon. It was very very bad. Don’t do business with those people

Belle piscine. L’appartement est grand et fonctionnel. Bon accueil Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances en famille. À savoir : ni wifi, ni tv. Mais des jeux de société et des BD
