"The cabin is so cozy as well as clean and well equipped. We also enjoyed having campfires in the backyard. We were a comfortable driving distance from the ferry to Mackinac Island, beaches, Headlands International Dark Sky, MacGulpin Lighthouse and shopping at Mackinaw City. Mike is a great host, available if we needed something. We would highly recommend a stay at this cabin."

"Not a complaint but to let you know the front left burner on the stove is very slow in heating up. Also you have an outlet in the living room without a cover on it. Overall we enjoyed the stay, even went kayaking in the rain when we got there. Also checked out the falls you mentioned in your guide and checked out the local eating establishments."

" Right on beautiful Lake Paradise with dock and screened in porch. Very quaint and had everything we needed. Will return as soon as we can. Great food across the street at Clyde's Place and just down the street at Harbor Light's Grill. Both in walking distance. A little peace of paradise."

"Really enjoyed our time at this cabin. We booked it for proximity to Headlands Dark Sky Park and Mackinaw island. View of the stars was as good or better than at Headlands which was awesome. Steve met us at the check in and explained everything. Nice hands on touch. Cabin had everything needed for a family stay. Would definitely recommend. 10 minute drive to Cheboygan and grocery. 10 minute drive to Mackinaw City and the ferry."

"Met our needs for location. Could use more kitchen supplies example strainer for noodles as this is an easy meal to prepare. The back room would not warm up with door shut and shaking and rumbling all night long from heater hooked on hitch of house. Very hard sleeping but not sure in summer if this would be the same with air. Overall could lower price for late fall as there were vacancy all over mackinaw city for next time!!"
