"We absolutely loved our week at Richard’s Island. The home was beyond expectations!! Beautiful is an understatement. The PaB Archipelago area provided endless boating, paddling and swimming adventures. Our host (Paul) was outstanding. He went above & beyond… Thank you "
Cozy Georgian Bay Cottage

"Nice shallow beach. Our dog practically lived in the water for the whole four days we were there. Nicely stocked kitchen. There was large jugs of drinking water water provided. Great time to visit as there was a beautiful breeze and no bugs! Even the neighbours dog came over for a visit!"
Georgian Bay Riverside Retreat

"The property and experience was good. We enjoyed the stay very much. However, there were some issues with the description of the property and conditions during the stay. (Constructive criticism only.) For example:- The yard between the buildings was occupied by one of the docks stored there; so not very usable.- The septic bed was leaking fumes making the area between buildings unpleasant if the winds were calm or low.- The garage that was supposed to be available for parking was full of miscellaneous items and materials and therefore not available.- Inside was well equipped but little things needed repair/tightening or cleaning. e.g. loose toilet seats, loose water spiggot, curtain rod that fell off, non-functioning blinds, etc.- The sofa & futon in the main building were very uncomfortable although those in the cabin were very comfortable.- The stereo & DVD player were not present but we had our own devices and used the TVs. Satelite service and internet were excellent.- The general store down the road was very good and had most if not all essentials. Too bad neither advertised this. We didn't need to bring as much food as we did.- Lots of outdoor chairs and benches so we didn't need the ones we brought.- RO water filter for drinking water was a great idea/feature.- There was a row boat but no oars. Didn't know if it was OK to use it so we left it alone. Kayaks were fun for those who could use them (not older folks).- Deck nails protruded. Railing not to code."
