"The hotel & room were clean, and the bed and pillows very comfortable, a combo of faux feather and firmer pillows. I appreciated the pump style toiletries that more enviro-friendly. The breakfast options were fairly broad, however there were never any non dairy options for the cereal milk. The pool and hot tub were quite small and very crowded so I never used. The area around the hotel is not very walkable so it really requires a car or Uber to go anywhere. I felt safe and overall the hotel was quiet, you could just unfortunately hear a nearby resident's dog barking non stop every morning from about 6 am on "

"This is a very nice hotel overlooking the marina at Shelter Island on Point Loma just 3.5 miles west of the San Diego airport. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or happy hour at the restaurant and bar near the lobby or on the poolside deck by the marina. I have enjoyed the hospitality here several times in recent years."

"My second stay and I was very satisfied with my room. Even got to hear the Star Spangled banner played from the Marina across the street. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Will stay again."
