This hotel is humble but has lovely air conditioning and the most comfortable bed! The hotel features the most beautiful terrace to enjoy your breakfast or a drink overlooking the private beach! Perfect beach holiday away from the hustle and bustle of Split, only a short 15 min uber ride away! So you can enjoy your private beach here at the hotel in the day & enjoy the city by night! There are beach toys, paddle boards, umbrellas and beach chairs to enjoy complementary which was amazing! We were so well looked after! Thank you for the most memorable stay! Would recommend for friends, couples or families travelling! "

"Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"

"The apartment was lovely, spacious, clean and the view was phenomenal. We had the top floor, deluxe suite. Restaurants and bakery all walking distance. The AC worked very well. The only thing to note is kitchen could have been equipped a little better and there were no toiletries, so make sure you bring your own. We appreciated the washer and had our own detergent. Loved our stay, thank you. "
