"Hotel Split is a beautiful modern hotel with amazing views over the Adriatic Sea, especially the sunsets. The staff could not do enough to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, due to it being so early in the season, there were some issues with air conditioning, the safe etc, which they weren't able to resolve, so they upgraded us to two lovely superior rooms. The breakfast and dinner were limited menus, but everything we had was delicious. There's also a few good food 'huts' along from...

"Biggest disappointment is realizing this hotel does not have restaurant, and breakfast can be purchased at nearby hotel for 12 euro for adults and kids both. This if find rather expensive for Croatia. However, stay was very pleasant, weather even too hot, but this is normal for August. Stobrec road is always blocked, so count 15-45 minute stalls if traveling in Split direction. "
