Nichée dans son hameau de caractère, cette maisonnette de pays d'environ 30m2; comprend une petite cuisine semi-équipée ouverte sur un salon cosy pour vous détendre, et une belle chambre sous pente à l'étage avec poutres apparentes, une salle d'eau. Elle se situe au calme et proche du centre de Plouër sur Rance (3 kms), du port et des bords de Rance (5 kms).

Vous séjournerez à 7 kms de Dinan, 25 kms de St Malo, 13 kms de St Suliac, 49 kms du Mont St Michel, 25 kms De Cancale...des sites incontournables à proximité...

Le GR34 passe par Dinard, St Briac, St Lunaire, Lancieux d'où vous aurez de magnifique point de vue sur la mer et la côte d'Emeraude.

Superb
A super property in a quiet hamlet near Pluer sur Rance. The cottage is fully equipped with quality fixtures and fittings and has a lovely large bed. Catherine kindly came out to meet us and guide us to the cottage after the sat nav lost the plot. She is a very nice lady, close by if needed but not intrusive. There is a large Super U close by and the location makes it easy to reach Dinar, Dinard and St. Malo. We were sorry to leave and would highly recommend it and would stay again

Location de charme
Ce gîte est idéal pour 2 adultes en recherche de calme et de verdure. La petite Quinoise est idéalement placée pour découvrir la région et apprécier la beauté des bords de Rance. Cette location est très bien équipée, rien ne manque. L'accueil de Catherine est remarquable et ses bons conseils vous aideront pour votre découverte touristique.
