"It's a nice and modern hotel in the historic center, very close to all the things you need as a tourist. The area is very quiet at night, as there are tons of shops that are closed. My deluxe room was very big and cleaned daily. Overall, a great experience. "
"La habitación estaba bien, regaderas no hay donde poner tus cosas sique lo mas probable que se mojen al tener que colocarlas en el piso. La terraza estuvo cerrada los 5 días que me hospede aquí, reglamento decía que si consumías alcohol debías pagar descorcho un dia se fue la luz durante el día y noche completa sique no había wifi por tal motivo que todos los céspedes salimos al cuarto de estar ya que no había terraza y llevaban cerveza, el personal de hostal los corrió a los huéspedes y amenazo...

"Where can I start? This hotel is simply amazing.
The breakfast was more than exceptional, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. I even had a stressful moment when I needed to get to the airport but most of the streets were closed due to a strike/protest and Uber kept canceling. A staff member, Mario, went above and beyond to help me secure a taxi and made sure I arrived on time for my flight.
My entire experience at this hotel was fantastic. If you’re looking for a great night’s sleep in a hotel that’s close to everything, I highly recommend booking here. You won’t regret it!"
"This hotel was amazing and set's itself a part from any other we have ever stayed at. The staff, there wouldn't be enough stars to offer.... the hotel General Manager went above and beyond to help us and show their devotion to their guests! Raul and Daniel at the lobby were so gracious to speak with and offered suggestions and tips!
Daniella at the 24 hour snack area, always had a smile on her face and was happy to assist.
Our FAVORITE waitress (short w/oversized gold rim glasses), up in the restaurant for breakfast, I don't think we ever knew your name but we loved you! It was so nice to have breakfast, coffee and be greeted with your smile and cheerfulness.
The hotel is spotless, the rooms are beautiful, the food is amazing and most importantly, this establishment appreciates their guests.
We highly recommend your hotel and will be back. Thank you for having us for 9 nights!"
