Very clean, nice little apartment the royal apartment. Beautiful quiet back patio with lots of seating and by the rocky shoreline

Ponce holiday apartment
Is close to golf and convenientThe compound property needs to sort out air conditioning… there is none in front rooms and only bedrooms… makes it difficult to stay.The furniture is spartan… no comfortable loungers..Needs some improvements to be livable.

Studio with AC in vibrant Ponce near beach, downtown, airport and highway.
Room was super cute and exactly as pictured. Owner was very responsive and super nice! Would def stay again!
