"The photos of this house accurately showed all its features, there were no surprises. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped (some of the group found the beds too hard, others were happy with their bed). We especially liked the roof terrace and kitchen. Sadly before we arrived we had real problems getting an answer and understanding how we could get into the property at the beginning of our stay- this caused a lot of stress for two friends who were the first to arrive. "Cute old beach house at 350 m from the beach. Several small supermarkets right next to it and easy public transport to the city center. Beds were a bit small, but for the rest it was perfect. Very nice host who only speaks Spanish, but with Google Translate there was no problem."

"Good location. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach and metro. Javi was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. The place was clean and the check in/out process was smooth. The only complaint would be this place felt about 90% finished. Would have liked a coffee maker and mugs. Maybe some beach items such as chairs, towels, or beach toys. Night stands next to the beds. Towel hooks for the bathrooms. Other than that it was a perfect spot for our weekend beach vacation. "

"Great place in the middle of town. The terrace is wonderful, with sunny and shadowed places. Kitchen is complete and everything else is convenient. I really enjoyed staying there."
