"The location, in the heart of old Valencia, was perfect. That staff was fluent in multiple languages including English. Everyone was very helpful and understanding and genuinely welcoming. The room was good, but due to HVAC limitations it was very hot for our liking. There was not way to run ventilation without heat. The windows opened which helped regulate, but the air quality in Valencia in March is very poor so leaving windows open poses its own problems."

The location is 15mins walk away from the Old town and 15mins car ride away from the beach with worked perfectly for our itinerary. "Arrived late but remote check-in was easy. Lovely spacious apartment, very safe and secure. Perfectly located for sightseeing in the Old Town and within easy reach of bus and metro. Lots of superb bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The area was quite busy during the evening. We were on the 3rd floor and the apartment was soundproofed though you could still hear chatter and music but it did stop around 11pm ish ... if you retire early then you might find this disturbs you. Not many TV channels...

"This was the second time I have stayed and it is a really nice hostel. The only annoying thing is that you can only go out on the terrace which it's attached to while the cleaning ladies are there in the morning, which seems like such a waste of a nice outdoor space to enjoy."
