"The house is fully stocked and even better than the photos. The view and pool are amazing! The host and our concierge, Francisco, exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and secure. Convenient location to shops and restaurants. We hope to stay in this villa again. We will definitely look for Full Spectrum properties when we return."

"Sharon at reception was exceptional. She was very thorough, informative and even assisted me with booking shuttles and tours. The property was gorgeous, clean and well maintained. So many pools and maintenance workers upkeeping the exterior. The walk to the Java coffee shop/Wave restaurant is 5 minutes and about 15 minutes to downtown which has many gift shops, restaurants and grocery stores. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe in Coco Beach, as the locals WANT to help you. Golf cart rental is availiable and I would reccomend as walking is nice, but in +38 temperatures it can be a little challenging. Thank you T.G."

"Wow, this property is amazing. The inside is well designed and decorated and the view is absolutely fabulous. Everything has been well thought out and was very comfortable. We loved hanging out at the pool and hot tub just watching the boats in the bay. The pool table got a lot of use as well. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property is close to restaurants and groceries. The only drawback might be the steep hill, the beach is walkable but expect a trek back. Overall this is a fabulous property. Highly recommend."
