"This resort is beautiful, we felt like we were in a jungle and it was super quiet. Our room was so clean and bed was comfortable. The only problem we had during our stays was the food. Food was mediocre, not too many options. We didn’t get to swim in the beach because it was seaweed season and the smell was pretty bad."

"Resort was well maintained and close to the beach. The staff were very friendly. The restaurants were good as well with some decent variety. It was hard to get money if you wanted to tip the staff. Only thing I didn't like was the gift shop where the prices were outrageous. ($40 USD for a bottle of sunscreen) I would still recommend this place to friends. It was about an hour away from the Cancun airport so you will need a taxi or transfer service."

"Muy bonito todo y buen ambiente Personal muy amable 10 de 10 Nada más que en mi opinión las actividades terminan muy temprano sería bueno que tuvieran actividades hasta por lo menos las 2am porque por lo menos los días que yo estuve, nos quedábamos varios con ganas de seguir disfrutando después que terminaban las actividades y cerraban la barra, una idea sería un tipo karaoke ya después de las 12am o simplemente música cerca de la barra ya la gente se estaría por lo menos dos horas más disfrutando Pero por lo demás todo excelente"

"Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and provided top-notch hospitality. They were always engaging, attentive, and helpful, and the food was great. Our main concern was that some important details were not made clear during the booking process. We were surprised to learn that some of the resort’s restaurants were not accessible to us because they either had a strict dress code or required a higher tier of service. Since the resort advertised 16 restaurants on the property, we assumed they were generally available to guests. We were not aware that access to some required an upgraded package. The dress code was not explicitly stated during the booking process. We also found that the “free” beach cabanas promoted as part of our package were only available with an upgraded service level. We feel these restrictions and additional costs should have been explained more clearly when booking. We previously stayed at another Excellence resort and did not experience these issues. We also felt there was a bit too much emphasis on upselling certain wine and alcohol options. Despite these concerns, we truly loved our overall experience and had a wonderful stay. With clearer communication during the booking process, our experience would have been even better."
