"Decent spot, not the greatest… They earn a 5-star review simply because of Carlos Guatemala, he came to us by the pool side and asked us if everything was okay with the resort. We explained to him the room we were on was falling apart, the door was coming off the hinges, the bathroom marble cracked split in half, shower ceiling fountain wasn’t working. He understood and went and checked to see if he could fix that or get us a new room. He ended up getting us a swim -up pool. Other than that I would’ve gave that place a One star. Thank you again Carlos.
