"This is the second year we have been here and love the location and the size. The inside is fantastic! AC units work great! Beds are comfy and the kitchen is just right and fully stocked. The outside could use some TLC. The "gas" grill doesn't work, and the area around the gas grill (tiles and supplies) are broken and dirty....but there is a charcoal grill to use. If you want comfy chairs, bring your own. Only one lay out chair and the other four are plastic hard chairs. We brought our own, so we could enjoy coffee and enjoy the view and listen to the ocean. Walmart is just 5 minutes up the road and lots of little restaurants a few minutes away."
