Penthouse 3 BR Beachfront with Ocean View -El Faro

This condominium has a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea from its rooftop, and has a capacity for 6 people. Its private terrace, sun loungers and dining room for 8 people, its ceilings are 9 feet high and its large windows capture the wonderful view from the balconies of its 3 luxurious guest rooms for 2 people each, all have their own bathroom with rain shower head, as well as the main suite, this also has a bidet, and access to the terrace. The kitchen is granite, is fully equipped and has a turntable.Its beautiful infinity pool is complemented by a set of loungers and umbrellas to spend a good day of rest. In case you want to bathe in the sea, this property offers direct access to the white sand. This condominium is located next to the iconic lighthouse of Playa del Carmen, on 10th Street and the beach, two blocks (one minute walking) from the pedestrian Fifth Avenue, with many options for eating and shopping.- Please note that "El Faro Residences" is located in a tourist area; so there may be noise, especially during holidays, as they are permitted by authorities during legal hours.- If you rent a car, there is parking on site for $15 USD per night (reservation required).MONTHLY PRICE:- Long-term rentals: More electricity.
