"We couldn’t really fault our stay in these apartments. From the glass of bubbly and the welcome chocolates in the room on arrival to checkout everything was fabulous. The staff are friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast which was hot buffet style with pasties, coffee, fruit, yogurt etc. The cleaners seemed to do a very good job giving the sun loungers a thorough clean every morning. "The hotel, villa and pool was amazing. The entertainment was night was ok, but not fantastic. It kept the kids entertained. The food was a bit meh. It quite often didn't match the menu on the website, but was there was ok. Just not as much variety as we expected. However the resort was quiet and there were always lots of loungers and space in the pool. It got a but busier over half term, but still not too bad."

"Hotel overall was great. The rooms were a decent size, a safe was included but you had to pay €15 for the week with a €6 deposit. The pool area was a great size, there wasnt any day time music which was a shame this would have made it perfect. The drinks were reasonably priced. The communal areas were amazing, a shame the bars weren’t open within these areas but they were lovely none the less. An added bonus was check out being 12pm. Overall good value for money and would come again!"

"All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"

"For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you.
