The management company, HOMEFORGUEST denied there was an issue, refused to take responsibility for over a week, we had to clean it ourselves. They said our contract is with VRBO not them! "our booked villa had an issue with the pool so the owner moved us to one of his other villas in the same complex before we even arrived. The owner met us at the gate and showed us around the villa. There wasn't a hair drier and we only took under seat bags so didn't have our own.
