"We had a fantastic experience staying at the Leonardo Hotel in a family room. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The family room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged — perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable, and the extra touches like a coffee/tea station and plenty of towels made a big difference. Our kids loved the space, and we appreciated how quiet and relaxing the room felt after a long day of sightseeing. "Lovely hotel,staff are excellent,the only down side was room was outside of main hotel which isn’t good when it is raining like it was when we were there,room comfortable bathroom small shower head could do with a descale but was ok as only staying one night, breakfast was very good,would stay again"
